Making Your Purchase

Step 1: Ordering

Let us know which product you would like by dropping us a message. Please include the following details:

  1. Your name
  2. Your email
  3. Item(s) you would like to purchase (Description & Quantity)
  4. Contact number
  5. Posting address
  6. Any special request or remarks


Step 2: Confirmation

We will confirm your order within 48 hours through a ”ORDER CONFIRMATION” email indicating our POSB account number for you to make payment to.

* Please note that item(s) is only reserved for you after the ORDER CONFIRMATION email is sent. Payment is to be made within 48 hours, or reservations will be released.


Step 3: Payment

In the “ORDER CONFIRMATION” email, the full price will be included with a breakdown of the item cost and delivery cost.

After payment is made, please reply to our email with the following details:

  1. Date and time of payment
  2. Transaction reference no.
  3. Amount paid

We will reply to your email within 3 working days to confirm your payment status and thereafter mail out the items within the next 2 working days.

**For special packaging, delivery might take a longer time.


Packaging

To make your gift special, we can customize your packaging. Let us know what is the occasion, who is it for and what kind of gift would it be. We will only charge a minimum fee for the raw materials used.

What’s best is that, designing and labour time will be on us!
What we request is simply for you to share your story with us thereafter, and we’ll be more than happy hear it!

Terms & Conditions 

  1. Prices shown are fixed and non-negotiable.
  2. Payment method shall be either via Cash Deposit or Internet Banking / ATM Fund Transfer to our POSB Account Number indicated in our email to you.
  3. Payment has to be made within 48hours after the CONFIRMATION EMAIL has been sent to you, or your order will be cancelled.
  4. NO Exchange or Refund will be entertained after payment has been made.
  5. Due to the different settings of monitors, colour of the product may vary slightly from the photos shown on the website.
  6. We are not responsible and/or held liable for items/parcel that are lost/damage during delivery.
  7. On “Special Case” basis, we will proceed with the refund to the respective payments methods made by the customer. (Example: Out of stock, Manufacturing defects, Wrong item received etc.)
